SECURITY

Protection built around identity, access, transactions and accountability.

Vozua uses layered technical and operational safeguards intended to protect accounts, transactions, customer information and business systems. Security is a shared responsibility between Vozua, users and service partners.

Core security practices

  • Role-based access and least-privilege administration.
  • Password hashing, authentication controls and verification steps.
  • Encryption in transit and encryption or protected storage where appropriate.
  • Activity logging, transaction references and audit trails.
  • Backups, recovery procedures and change control.
  • Monitoring for suspicious access, fraud and service abuse.
  • Vendor and integration controls based on service risk.

Protect your account

  • Use a strong, unique password or PIN and keep it private.
  • Never share an OTP, password, PIN or recovery code, including with a person claiming to be support.
  • Use only official Vozua websites, applications and payment instructions.
  • Lock your device and keep its operating system and browser updated.
  • Report unexpected login alerts, payment prompts or account changes immediately.

Payment safety

Confirm the amount, recipient, account or reference before approving a payment prompt. Vozua support should not ask a customer to transfer funds to a personal account.

A payment is considered complete only after successful provider confirmation and Vozua reconciliation.

Incident response

When a potential incident is identified, Vozua may isolate services, restrict accounts, preserve logs, investigate affected systems, notify relevant partners and take remediation steps. Required notifications are made in line with applicable law and risk.

Responsible disclosure

Security researchers should report a suspected vulnerability privately to support@vozua.com with the subject “Security Report”. Do not access unnecessary data, disrupt services, publicly disclose an unresolved issue or use social engineering.

Report suspicious activity

Provide the affected account, time, device, reference and screenshots where safe. Do not include passwords, PINs or full payment credentials.

These public policies provide general information. A signed customer, seller, merchant, agent or business agreement may contain additional terms for a specific service, country or transaction.
